Delivery Timeframe:

• Delivery takes between 2 to 5 business days

• Business days: Sunday to Thursday

No deliveries on official holidays. 

 

 

Return, Exchange & Inspection Policy

Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are allowed to inspect the order upon delivery before payment.
If the order is rejected after inspection, the customer will only be charged delivery fees.

Exchange Policy
Exchange is available within same day from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original tags attached.

Exchange is allowed for size or color only, subject to availability.

Shipping fees are paid by the customer in case of exchange.

Return Policy
Returns are accepted within same day from the date of delivery.
Items must be unused and in original condition.
